  • One point = 0.50 riyal.
  • An illustrative example:  for a job salary of 10,000 riyals and requiring (5) matching CVs:  10,000 * 12 months = 120,000 * 2% = 2400 riyals * (5) number of CVs required = 12,000 riyals.
  • This means that 24,000 points are required.

You can pay through many available payment options:

  • Electronic payment (Apple Pay - Mada - Visa - Mastercard).
  • Payment via bank transfer to the company's account (requires attaching a receipt and waiting for approval) 

Yes, You have the right to refund your purchases of points, provided that the specified refund period (7) days has not been exceeded and the package has not been used.

No, you cannot modify the advertisement data after sending it.  Therefore, you must ensure the data is correct before submitting the job advertisement.

Stage 1: Recruitment experts conduct interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for the role and their willingness to be nominated.

Stage 2: The system then performs an intelligent filtering process to accurately assess each candidate's fit for the job requirements and displays a matching percentage for each candidate.

Based on these stages:

  • The CVs of candidates who have a matching percentage of 90% or higher are sent immediately.
  • For candidates with a matching percentage of 80% or higher, the system performs additional filtering and the top candidates are sent based on the number of CVs requested and the highest matching percentage.
  • Candidates are automatically rejected if their matching percentage is below 79% or if they do not meet the mandatory requirements for the job.

Yes, you have the right to object to a candidate who does not meet the job requirements within two days from the job closing date.

No, you cannot object if the candidate does not meet a condition that was not specified during the creation of the job advertisement. Therefore, we recommend carefully reviewing the job advertisement data before sending it.

  • Mandatory condition: When you specify a job requirement as mandatory, the system will immediately reject the candidate if he does not meet this condition.
  • Non-mandatory condition: If you do not specify that a condition is mandatory, the system will evaluate the candidates based on how well they meet the non-mandatory conditions.

Tip : To get the best candidates, it is preferable to add a maximum of (3) mandatory conditions.

After receiving the candidates from the recruitment experts, the system will evaluate each candidate's matching percentage against the job requirements. It will then:

  • Immediately send candidates who match at 90% or higher.
  • Hold candidates who match between 80% and 89%. These candidates will be evaluated further and sent after the job closes, along with the top-scoring candidates.

The user must specify a job closing date to achieve the following:

  • Stop receiving nominations from recruitment experts.
  • Finalize the evaluation and sorting process by the system.

Tip : We recommend calculating one day for each CV to get the best candidates.

Yes, the system will send the CVs of the matching candidates according to your requested number. If there are additional matching candidates (more than the number you requested), you have the right to purchase them.

Note: You will be able to see the matching percentage of the additional candidates for your job requirements before purchasing.
